Your privacy and account security are foundational to our platform. This policy explains the minimal telemetry we collect, our secure session protection standards, and how your in-character footprint is safeguarded.

Data Scope

1. Information We Collect

SnapFeed Central adheres to strict data minimization principles, collecting only essential records required for secure in-character roleplay operations:

  • Official Discord Profile: Discord Snowflake ID, public handle, and avatar URL retrieved via official Discord OAuth2 (PKCE RFC 7636).
  • In-Character (IC) Profile Records: Character full names, @handle identifiers, avatar portraits, in-game occupations, and faction verification standing.
  • User Generated Content (UGC): Public feed posts, uploaded media assets (photos and SnapVid vertical videos), captions, comments, reactions, and fictional San Andreas locations.
  • Technical & Session Telemetry: Encrypted session cookies for authentication integrity, IP addresses for automated attack and abuse defense (rate limiting), and client browser telemetry.
Privacy Guarantee: We never collect, store, or solicit your Discord passwords, real credit cards, IRL bank accounts, personal phone numbers, or government ID cards.

2. How We Use Your Information

All recorded telemetry is strictly utilized for direct platform operations:

  • Authenticating character ownership and UCP server whitelist status.
  • Serving real-time citizen timelines, Reels video streaming, business directories, and Direct Messaging.
  • Dispatching automated webhooks to designated GTA: Central Discord channels (#feed-warga and #iklan-bisnis).
  • Enforcing sliding-window rate limits against automated scraping, bot attacks, and timeline flooding.
  • Maintaining immutable Admin Control Panel (ACP) audit logs ensuring transparent moderation procedures.

SnapFeed Central implements comprehensive cybersecurity standards protecting player identity and platform integrity:

Encrypted Session Security

Authentication tokens and session cookies are protected with industry-standard encryption protocols and strict browser security attributes to prevent session tampering.

Input Validation & Sanitization

All user submissions undergo automated validation schemas and neutralizing filters prior to presentation, eliminating malicious payload injection risks.

Data Sovereignty

4. Third Parties & Zero Real-World Advertising

We do not sell, license, or monetize player records with real-world advertising networks.

Data exchanges occur exclusively with approved operational infrastructure providers:

  • Discord Authentication Services: For official account verification and sanctioned community announcements.
  • Managed Cloud Media Storage: For secure cloud hosting and optimized delivery of uploaded media assets.
  • Protected Database Infrastructure: For isolated relational persistence safeguarded by strict access controls and connection encryption.
User Control

5. User Rights & Privacy Controls

Every participant retains sovereign control over their in-character footprint:

  • Content Deletion: You retain the prerogative to purge your posts, comments, or reels at any moment.
  • Character Isolation (Block User): You can sever direct communication with toxic accounts autonomously.
  • Sensor Discretion (18+ Toggle): You maintain control over whether blurred sensitive media is revealed.
  • Account Erasure: Upon retiring from the server, you may request complete footprint scrubbing via official Discord tickets.
