ALL POSTINGS, ACCOUNTS, COMMERCIAL IDENTIFIERS, CRIME SYNDICATES, POLICE INVESTIGATIONS, IN-GAME CONTRABAND, DISPUTES, AND FICTIONAL CURRENCY (SAN ANDREAS DOLLARS / SAD) ARE WORKS OF ROLEPLAY FICTION DEVOID OF REAL-WORLD AFFILIATION.
This application DOES NOT PROMOTE, CONDONE, FACILITATE, OR SOLICIT REAL-WORLD CRIMINAL ACTS in any jurisdiction. Utilizing this platform to organize, threaten, or commit real-world crimes triggers immediate permanent master blacklists and law enforcement referral.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Account Standing
By accessing or operating a character profile on SnapFeed Central, you explicitly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Standards.
- Discord Verification: Access requires an active, verified Discord identity present within the GTA: Central community.
- Master Account Liability: Master Discord/UCP account holders remain directly accountable for all publications executed under their personas.
- Character Identity Integrity: Character personas must adhere to established server naming criteria and avoid deceptive impersonation.
3. Code of Conduct & Mandatory 18+ Labeling
Users are strictly obligated to foster a mature, respectful, and creatively vibrant storytelling atmosphere:
- IC vs OOC Boundary: Real-world personal grudges, Out-of-Character toxicity, or Discord screenshots intended to demean other individuals are strictly barred.
- Mandatory 18+ Sensor Switch: Visualizations depicting roleplay injuries, sensual swimwear/lingerie shoots, tobacco/alcohol lifestyle, or intense dispute profanities MUST activate the 18+ toggle.
- Zero Tolerance Prohibitions: Explicit real-world pornography, graphic fatal accident gore/self-harm tapes, and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) result in immediate permanent expulsion.
4. Anti-Doxxing & Real-World Privacy Protection
Any instance of doxxing or OOC harassment represents an immediate critical breach warranting permanent server blacklist and revocation of community access.
5. Real-Money Trading (RMT) Prohibition
Trading or attempting to barter in-game assets, San Andreas Dollars (SAD), vehicles, real estate, IC services, or SnapFeed verification badges for real-world fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or gift cards is prohibited.
All commercial offerings advertised on SnapFeed must strictly transact within in-game roleplay parameters. Real-Money Trading (RMT) triggers unappealable account terminations and asset confiscation.
6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
Grand Theft Auto Trademark Rights: All Grand Theft Auto intellectual properties, trademarks, and associated media assets belong to Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. Their utilization is conducted strictly under non-profit community Fair Use doctrines.

7. Disciplinary Sanctions & Appeals Procedure
GTA: Central Administration retains sovereign authority to issue content takedowns, timeline mutes, character suspensions, or permanent master bans against accounts violating these Terms.
Users who believe their publication was erroneously moderated retain the right to submit an appeal via the official GTA: Central Discord Ticket System quoting the Post ID and full context.
